This is a used OEM, driver side (LH) mirror removed from a 2020 Ram 1500 (new body style, 6-lug wheel) Tradesman. The Mopar part# is 68276499AC. This is in poor cosmetic but usable condition; the glass has some large rock chips and the housing will show a lot of noticeable scuffs.
This will fit 2019-2023 Ram 1500 (new body style, 6-lug wheel) models factory equipped with textured black housing, power adjust mirrors without power fold or signal.
