This is a used air bag removed from a 2018 Ram 1500 with factory air suspension. This bag is in fair used condition, one alignment tab is broken, it still had air in the system when removed. The Mopar part number is 4877136AA.
This will fit either the right or left side on 2013-2018 Ram 1500 models and 2019-2024 Ram 1500 Classic (old body style, 5 lug wheel) models. This will not work on Ram 2500 / 3500 series trucks.
