This is a new in bag Mopar headlight harness removed from a 2012 Ram 1500 with quad halogen headlights. The Mopar part number is 68193062AB. This plugs into the green chassis harness plug and then into the bright and dim bulbs.
This will fit all 2009-2012 Ram 1500 models and all 2010-2012 Ram 2500 / 3500 models. It will also work for lower trim level (non-projector) headlights on 2013-2018 Ram 1500 / 2500 / 3500 models.
