This headlight switch was removed from a 2003 Ram 2500. It was not tested but looks to be in good working condition. The Mopar part number is 56045537AC. The knob twists as it should, and the plug looks to be in good condition. The knob has a crack in the white indicator filling. There are no cracks or broken areas on the face. All mounting points are intact.
This part will fit 2002-2005 Ram 1500 models and 2003-2005 Ram 2500 and 3500 models equipped with fog lamps.
