This is a used OEM left hand, driver side mirror removed from a 2011 Ram 1500 Big Horn. The Mopar part# is 68061201AC. This mirror is being sold as parts only - the mirror is hazed over and has a brownish tint overall and the signal lens is rattling but is not broken or cracked.
This will fit 2009-2012 Ram 1500 models, 2010-2012 Ram 2500 models and 2010-2011 Ram 3500 models factory equipped with power adjust, heated, signal mirrors. These mirrors are not power fold and were most commonly found on middle level trim models such as Big Horn / Outdoorsman and some SLT trim levels.
